Track the overall tone of your customer's reviews

You can better understand how customers feel about your products by generating the Sentiment report. Sentiment analysis uses natural language processing to analyze the language in a review. By applying this analysis, the Sentiment report shows how many reviews had positive, negative, mixed, or neutral language contained within them.

To generate a Sentiment report

  1. Navigate to the Reports page in Okendo.

  2. Click the Sentiment tab.

  3. Apply a filter to tailor the information that you see on the report.

  4. Click Generate.
