You can better understand how customers feel about your products by generating the Sentiment report. Sentiment analysis uses natural language processing to analyze the language in a review. By applying this analysis, the Sentiment report shows how many reviews had positive, negative, mixed, or neutral language contained within them.
To generate a Sentiment report
Navigate to the Reports page in Okendo.
Click the Sentiment tab.
Apply a filter to tailor the information that you see on the report.
