Defining Date Range and Grouping for Reports

Configure your report to show only the information you want to see within a specific time period

By defining the date range and grouping for your reports, you customize the information you see on the report. You'll see only data over the specified time frame and grouped by a specific unit of time. After you customize the report, you can save these settings to run the same report at a later time.

Date Range

Depending on whether you want to see a narrow or broad range of information in your report, you can choose a pre-defined date range or create a custom date range. The pre-defined date ranges span from '7 Days' to 'All Time'.

Group By

Depending on the date range that you select, you can group the data on a report by the following units of time:

Between 7 and 14 days

Day

28 or 30 days

Day or Week

90 days or more

Day, Week, or Month

Day, Week, or Month

To define the date range and group by options

  1. Navigate to the Reporting page in Okendo.

  2. Click the tab of the report you want to customize and generate.

  3. Select a timeframe in the Date Range drop-down list.

    Note: If you want to create a custom date range, select Custom Range in the list, and then choose a start date and an end date in the expanded calendar.

  4. Select a unit of time in the Group By drop-down list.

  5. (Optional) Apply a filter to the report.

  6. Click Generate.
