Thank you for choosing Okendo and downloading our app to your Shopify store. Before you can start collecting reviews from your customers and showcasing them on your site, you must activate your Okendo billing plan.
💡 Activating your plan gives you access to all of Okendo's features permitted within your chosen plan and prevents any demo reviews from appearing on your site.
How to activate your Okendo billing plan
In your Shopify admin, open your Okendo app.
Go to Settings > Billing in Okendo.
Select one of the four available billing plans.
🔔 Okendo will redirect you to the Approve subscription page in your Shopify account.
Complete the transaction by providing your payment details.
Click Approve to finalize activation.
By following these steps, you'll ensure that your Okendo app is fully activated and ready to collect and display reviews from your customers.
