Instructions on how to set up Tapcart to integrate with Okendo

Integrating Tapcart with Okendo allows you to bring the reviews that you accumulated online into your mobile app. This integration is available to all Tapcart customers and across all Okendo plans.

Before you begin

You need to add the Tapcart app to your Shopify store and create an account. Click here to learn more about using Tapcart.

Enable your integration with Tapcart

  1. Open your Tapcart app and select Integrations.

  2. Scroll down and click the Okendo integration option.

  3. Click the Connect Integration button.

  4. You'll need to follow these steps to retrieve it from your Okendo app:

    1. Open your Okendo app.

    2. Click Settings in the sidebar.

    3. Click Integrations and then click Copy to copy the User ID that is unique to your store.

  5. Navigate back to Tapcart and paste your User ID in the field provided.

  6. Click Save & Enable.
