Instructions on how to set up Tapcart to integrate with Okendo

Integrating Tapcart with Okendo allows you to showcase the reviews accumulated online within your mobile app. This integration is available to all Tapcart customers across all Okendo plans.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have added the Tapcart app to your Shopify store and created an account.

Enable Your Integration with Tapcart

  1. Open your Tapcart app and select Integrations.

  2. Scroll down and click the Okendo integration option.

  3. Click the Connect Integration button.

  4. To retrieve the User ID from your Okendo app:

    • Open your Okendo app.

    • Click Settings in the sidebar.

    • Click Integrations and then click Copy to copy the User ID unique to your store.

  5. Navigate back to Tapcart and paste your User ID in the field provided.

  6. Click Save & Enable.

By following these steps, you'll seamlessly integrate Okendo reviews into your Tapcart mobile app, enhancing your customers' shopping experience with authentic feedback directly on your app.
