Setting Your Flow Trigger

Create a New Flow in Klaviyo:
Use the “Created Okendo Review” metric as the flow trigger.
Note: If you prefer to include only 1 or 2-star rated reviews, you can add a trigger filter to your flow trigger using the "Rating" dimension.
Add a Time Delay
Drag and drop a Time Delay into your flow. This helps make the emails seem less automated to your customers.
