Before using Okendo metrics to build Klaviyo flows, ensure the Klaviyo integration is enabled in your Okendo app. Refer to our help article here for detailed setup instructions.
Setting Your Flow Trigger
⚠️ Note: If you are working with a Customer Success Manager, they can clone a pre-built flow for you to customize.
Create a New Flow in Klaviyo:
Use the “Created Okendo Review” metric as the flow trigger.
⚠️ Note: If you prefer to include only 1 or 2-star rated reviews, you can add a trigger filter to your flow trigger using the "Rating" dimension.
Add a Time Delay:
Drag and drop a Time Delay into your flow. This helps make the emails seem less automated to your customers.
Adding Trigger Splits
First Trigger Split:
Use a Trigger Split with the dimension "Rating."
Change the "Type" from "Number" to "Text" and select "4."
Add an "Or" condition, select "Rating" again, and this time select "5."
On the "Yes" path of this Trigger Split, drag and drop a new email. This email will be sent to customers who left a 4 or 5-star review.
Second Trigger Split:
On the "No" path of the first Trigger Split, drag and drop another Trigger Split.
Set the "Rating" to "3."
On the "Yes" path of this second Trigger Split, drag and drop a new email. This email will be sent to customers who left a 3-star review.
Third Trigger Split:
On the "No" path of the second Trigger Split, drag and drop another Trigger Split.
Set the "Rating" to "1" or "2."
On the "Yes" path of this third Trigger Split, drag and drop a new email. This email will be sent to customers who left a 1 or 2-star review.
Your finished flow should look similar to the example below after following these steps.
Configuring Your Emails
Your emails can be configured like any other email in Klaviyo. Feel free to use an existing email template or start from scratch.
Setting Your Flow Live
Change your email status from “draft” to “live” to start automating post-review communications to your customers!
