What you can do with Shopify Flow and Okendo

Sending Slack notifications when a review or survey response is submitted
Awarding loyalty points when a customer completes a quiz
Creating support tickets in Gorgias when a low NPS score is received
Setting or adjusting a customer's VIP tier based on external campaign logic
Tagging customers in Shopify after they respond to a quiz or survey
