Connect Okendo to Klaviyo
In your Okendo Admin, go to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo.
Click Connect. A Klaviyo account selection window opens.
If you have multiple Klaviyo accounts, select the one you want to connect to Okendo.
Review the requested permissions, then click Allow.
You're done. The status in Okendo updates to Connected, and Okendo appears under your Klaviyo Integrations.

Can I connect more than one Klaviyo account to Okendo?
No. Okendo supports one Klaviyo account per store. If you need to switch accounts, disconnect the existing integration from Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo and reconnect with the new account.
Will disconnecting Klaviyo delete my existing flows or segments?
No. Disconnecting Okendo from Klaviyo stops new data from being sent, but your existing Klaviyo flows, segments, and historical event data are not deleted.
How long does it take for Okendo events to appear in Klaviyo after connecting?
Events appear in Klaviyo in real time as customers trigger them. If you don't see any events, check that the integration status shows Connected in Okendo and that your store has had customer activity since connecting.
