Free Text Search allows your shoppers to find exactly what they're looking for by filtering your reviews with keywords. By typing three characters into the Free Text Search field, your shoppers can narrow down the reviews to see just the ones with relevant information to give them the confidence to make a purchase. Your shoppers can also combine their Free Text Search with other filters, such as Attributes and Star Ratings, to give them even more personalized search results.

And you don't have to worry about misspelled words or partial words used in a review. Okendo's Free Text Search performs a fuzzy match on the title and body of a review to make sure your shoppers see matches to their inquiries.

Free Text Search is available if you're using Widget Plus widgets and appears in the Filters section of your Reviews Widget.

Note: You must enable Filters in your Reviews Widget to show the Free Text Search field. Go to Displays > Reviews Widget > Reviews List and select an option in the Filters drop-down list (under Controls).
