The Response Form provides a streamlined and highly customizable single-page user experience that allows your customers to complete the form with fewer clicks. Although you can capture a customer's review within the first page, the subsequent pages in the review process give you the opportunity to gather even more information about your products and store.

The Response Form features these 3 pages, which you can personalize to build a memorable brand experience:

Review page

This page is the meat and potatoes of your review process and allows you to capture feedback from your customers on just one page. You can customize it using the style settings in the General, Header, and Styling sections.

Enhance page

On this page, your customers will have another opportunity to add a photo or video if they didn't already submit one. They can also learn about any rewards they earned if you configured rewards settings for your customers. Keep in mind that customers won't see this step if they added media and a profile photo on the Review page.

Post-Review page

This page gives your customers the opportunity to rate their shopping experience and other products, or potentially purchase some of your top-rated products. You can learn more about configuring this page here.
