Give customers a quick, on-brand way to review your products. The Response Form lets customers leave a review in fewer clicks, and you can customize each of its three pages to match your brand:

The Review Page is the core of your review process, capturing feedback from your customers on a single page. To customize it, go to Okendo Admin > Reviews > Response Form and use the General, Header and Styling settings.

The Enhance Page provides customers with another opportunity to add a photo or video if they didn't submit one on the Review Page. Customers can upload photos in JPEG, PNG, HEIC or HEIF format, including photos taken on an iPhone, and videos in all common formats, such as MP4, MOV and WebM. It also allows customers to learn about any rewards they earned if you have configured rewards settings.

The Post-Review Page allows customers to rate their shopping experience, review other products, or purchase top-rated products. This page can help drive additional sales and gather more comprehensive feedback about the overall shopping experience.
