Track the impact of incentives in the Coupons tab

Understand the cost of incentivising reviews with coupons

The Coupons tab gives you visibility on how customers are engaging with coupons that are given as an incentive to write a review. Along with the usage rate you can track the total value of used coupons helping you understand the cost of incentivising review generation.

In your Okendo admin panel, navigate to the Products tab by going to Reviews > Performance > Coupons


Coupons key metrics

At the top of the Coupons report, you’ll see two key metrics. These are calculated across the selected products in the time period.

💡 Changing the time period or the selected products will update the key metrics to reflect the new selection.

Metric

Description

Coupon Orders

The number of orders that have had a coupon used at checkout.

Coupon Order Value

The total value of orders that had a coupon used at checkout.

Coupon Usage Value

The total value of coupons used at checkout.


Coupon Orders chart

The Coupon Orders chart track the number and value of orders that had coupons redeemed at checkout over time.

💡 You can toggle between the count and the value of coupon orders.


Export Coupon data for deeper analysis

You can export the metrics behind the Coupon tab for further analysis. Exports allow you to:

  • Download Coupon metrics for reviews

  • Compare Coupon across different timeframes

  • Conduct your own analysis using spreadsheets or BI tools
