The Review Flow diagram visualises how customers progress through the review request journey, from emails sent, to opens, clicks, completed reviews and media uploads. By following this flow, you can quickly identify where engagement drops off and uncover opportunities to optimise performance.
💡 You can select an action in the flow to highlight the actions that preceded and followed that action.
