Reviews Keywords can be added to a page as part of the Reviews widget to display alongside your products’ customer reviews and also as a standalone widget. The appearance of keywords can be customized for your store’s product detail page’s layout.

Add Reviews Keywords to the Reviews widget
Follow the steps below to add Reviews Keywords to the Reviews widget. The keywords will display once they have been published for each product or group.
Note: Reviews Keywords requires the Widget Plus reviews widget. Please contact customer support for help migrating to Widget Plus. Learn more about Widget Plus.
Navigate to Reviews > On-Site Displays
Click on the Reviews Widget panel
Expand the Aggregate Modules section
Add the AI Keywords module to an existing block or create a new block
Customize the module as needed
Adjust the heading - set a title that describes the keyword topics
Set the maximum amount of keyword topics to display per product
Adjust the width and text alignment of the block to modify the keywords layout
Click Save Changes. Keyword topics should start displaying for products shortly.
Interacting with keywords
Shoppers can click on each keyword topic to filter to relevant reviews which mention them if filtering has been enabled for the Reviews widget. Multiple topics can be selected together and reviews which contain at least one of the topics will display. Follow the steps below to enable filtering:
Navigate to Reviews > On-Site Displays > Reviews List
Under the Controls section, Select an option other than Off in the Filters dropdown
Toggle on Show Keyword Filters
Add the Standalone Widget to a Store Page
Follow the steps below to add the Reviews Keywords standalone widget to a page. The standalone widget provides you with the flexibility to place keyword topics anywhere on a product detail page.
Edit your theme in the Shopify admin
Navigate to a page you would like to display the keywords widget on such as a product detail page
Add an app section from the sidebar where you want to place it and select the Okendo Reviews Keywords widget
Select a product you would like the keyword topics for display for. If a page template such as a product detail page already displays a product, this will be pre-selected.
Configure the Heading and Maximum Keywords and save your changes.
Note: If the Reviews widget has been added to the page with filtering enabled, the standalone widget will filter the reviews. Otherwise the keyword topics will be read only.
Translate Keywords
If you are using Shopify Markets, you can allow keywords to be translated on load or on demand by shoppers. Follow the instructions here to set this up. Note: Only the default text for the heading "Customers Talked About" will be translated automatically, custom text will remain the same across locales.
