Using Keywords for Reviews Analysis

Reviews Keywords provide powerful tools for gaining deeper insights from your customer reviews within the Okendo Admin. You can filter product reviews by keyword topics and explore individual reviews with highlighted keywords and sentiment indicators.

In this article, you'll learn about:

Filtering Product Reviews by Keyword Topic

  1. Navigate to Reviews > Products and click on a product with keywords.

  2. Click on the Reviews tab and scroll down to the Product Reviews section.

  3. Click on the Keyword Topics filter and select one or multiple keyword topics that you want to analyze. When multiple keywords are selected, the filter will display all reviews that match any of the chosen topics.

  4. The review list will automatically update to show only the reviews containing the selected keyword topic(s) and highlight phrases that correspond to the selected topic.

This filtering capability allows you to quickly identify reviews related to specific aspects of your products or customer experiences.

Exploring Keywords within Individual Reviews

  1. Within the Product Reviews section, click on any individual review to view its full details.

  2. You will see the Keyword Topics associated with that review listed below.

  3. Clicking on a specific topic will highlight the corresponding section of the review text where that keyword appears.

  4. Next to each keyword, you'll find a sentiment indicator. This visual cue indicates whether the sentiment expressed in the review around that specific keyword is positive, negative, neutral, or mixed.

This feature helps you quickly understand the context and sentiment associated with specific keywords within individual customer comments.

Keywords in the Moderation Queue

The moderation queue also incorporates AI Keywords to streamline your review management process:

  1. Navigate to Reviews > Moderation.

  2. In the list of reviews awaiting moderation, you will see Keyword Topics displayed next to each review.

  3. Clicking on these topics within the moderation queue will also highlight the relevant portion of the review text.

  4. The sentiment indicator for each keyword is also visible in the moderation queue, providing immediate context on the feedback.

By leveraging keywords in the moderation queue, you can quickly understand the key topics and sentiment of new reviews, enabling more efficient and informed moderation decisions.
