Identify trends and uncover insights when you export all the survey results and responses you collected to a CSV file. This allows you to streamline the process of analyzing your data, sharing it, and accessing it.
To export your survey data to a CSV file
Go to Surveys > Survey List in your Okendo App.
Click a survey in the list.
Click the Export button under either the Results or Responses tabs.
Click either Export All or Export Filtered. The filtered export button will export the data based on the date, channel survey and question filters selected. If the filters are unchanged from default, the option will be disabled.
Once you have chosen your export option you'll receive an email with the CSV file attached.
