Discover trends and insights about your customers' shopping experience when you measure how well your survey performed with your participants. You can see:
Where participants dropped off in the survey and identify common points.
How many impressions (views) each question received.
Percentage of participants that started and completed the survey.
If you set up A/B testing with a survey, you can compare its performance to uncover which channels and incentives drove the most engagement amongst your customers and generated the most valuable data.
To measure the performance of your survey
Go to Surveys > Survey List from the sidebar.
Click a survey name in the list.
Scroll down to the Survey Results section and click the Analytics tab.
Note: You can filter your data by channel (if you added a survey to multiple channels
