Note: We recommend that you distribute your survey by email. To do this, we'll show you how to add your abandoned cart survey to the Shareable Link channel and create a unique URL to send to your shoppers.
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Create an abandoned cart survey
Open your Okendo app.
Go to Connect > Surveys.
Click the + Create New button.
Scroll down and select the Abandoned Cart template.
(Optional) Modify the pre-defined questions. You can:
Add or delete options
Change the options text
Add new questions
Update the conditions
Click Save and Continue.
Add your survey to the Shareable Link channel
You can refer to these instructions to add your survey to the Shareable Link channel. After you complete these steps, Okendo Connect automatically generates a URL that you can send to your customers.
Viewing the results of your abandoned cart survey
To see the results of your survey, go to Connect > Surveys and then click your abandoned cart survey to see its Details page.
