Normally, Okendo sends a review request email to your customers asking for a review of the products they ordered. However, you may not want to ask for reviews for items, such as gift cards or samples, that a customer purchased.
By setting up a product blocklist, you can block selected products from being included in the review request email.
To create a product blocklist
Open your Okendo app.
Click Settings in the sidebar.
Click Mail.
Click General.
Scroll down to the Product Blocklist section. Click the +Add Products
Select the checkbox next to the products that you want to add to the blocklist.
βNote: You can also type the product name in the search box to quickly find it in the list.
Click Done to see the blocklist.
βClick Save.
