Integrating with your help desk will allow you to automatically open tickets for negative reviews and unhappy customers. To integrate Okendo and Gorgias, you will need to generate and retrieve some Gorgias details and enter them into Okendo. The guide will show you how.
Before you get started, please ensure both Okendo and Gorgias are installed. The Gorgias app can be installed from Shopify here.
Important: The user configured for the integration must have permission to create tickets. See the Gorgias User Permissions section for more information.
1 - Login to Gorgias
2 - Navigate to Settings
3 - Navigate to: You > REST API
4 - Make a note of your Base API URL, Username and API Key
5 - Navigate to the integrations page in Okendo (Settings > Integrations)
6 - Open the Gorgias section and copy your Base API URL, Username and API Key from Gorgias into the corresponding fields
7 - Configure the rules used to create tickets. Okendo supports creating tickets for reviews below a certain rating threshold and/or reviews with a negative sentiment score
8 - Click Save
