Integrating Lifetimely with Okendo

Bring your Okendo ratings and reviews into Lifetimely, so you can see how customer sentiment relates to revenue, margin and repeat purchases.

Overview

Knowing which products your customers love is only half the picture: you also need to know which ones make you money. Connecting Okendo to Lifetimely brings your product ratings and reviews into Lifetimely's profit reports, right next to revenue, margin and retention data.

Before you begin

🔔 The Lifetimely integration requires access to the Merchant REST API Key available on the Growth plan and above. View pricing.

You will need a Lifetimely account with Admin access.

Connect Lifetimely to Okendo

You set up the integration in Lifetimely, using two values from your Okendo account.

  1. In Okendo, go to Okendo Admin > Settings > Integrations > Credentials and copy your User ID.

  2. Next to Merchant REST API Key, click Show and copy the key. If you haven't created a key yet, click Generate first.

  4. Paste your User ID and Merchant REST API Key into the Connect Okendo form, then click Save.

Lifetimely tests the connection before it saves. When it's connected, you'll see Okendo is connected with a green indicator, and your reviews start syncing.

💡 Nothing changes in your Okendo account. The integration only reads your review data.

See your review data in Lifetimely

Lifetimely imports your reviews and reviewer profiles, including star ratings, verified-buyer status and review text. You'll find them in three places:

  • Products report (Profit & Loss > Products): Rating and Reviews columns, including verified-purchase counts, next to revenue and margin for each product.

  • Order details: the rating for each product on an order.

  • Profit Agent: ask questions that combine reviews with sales, profit and retention data, such as "What are my lowest-rated products, and how much revenue do they bring in?" or "Do customers who leave 5-star reviews come back more often than those who leave 1 to 3 stars?"

💡 The first sync takes from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on how many reviews you have. After that, Lifetimely checks for new and updated reviews every 2 hours, and runs a full refresh once a week.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Q: Does Lifetimely import my Loyalty or Surveys data?

A: No. Only reviews and reviewer profiles sync to Lifetimely.

Q: Why can't I see the Rating and Reviews columns in Lifetimely?

A: The columns appear once the first sync finishes, which can take a few hours. If they're still missing after that, contact Lifetimely's support team.

Q: Why does Lifetimely show a connection error?

A: This usually means the User ID or Merchant REST API Key was copied incorrectly or only in part. Copy both values from Okendo again and paste them into the Connect Okendo form.

Q: What happens if I disconnect Okendo from Lifetimely?

A: Disconnecting in Lifetimely stops the sync and removes the synced review data from Lifetimely. Nothing changes in your Okendo account.
