When you integrate Gorgias with Okendo, you automatically have access to the Okendo sidebar widget, which displays a variety of insightful information related to the ticket itself and the customer who submitted the review. You may find this information helpful when determining the best way to respond to a ticket.

You can use the Okendo sidebar widget to:

  • View the last 5 reviews submitted by a customer

  • See aggregate customer data, such as their average review rating, sentiment, recent Q&A.

  • See a quick summary of the ticket, including rating and sentiment

  • Read any replies sent to the customer
