Customer account extensions are available to merchants on all Shopify plans (except Starter plan) and all Okendo plans. Merchants must also be using customer accounts (not legacy customer accounts).

Display review status, pending orders to review and site reviews.
Store Reviews
For merchants who have store reviews enabled, this banner features in a priority position within the dedicated reviews page to allow customers to leave a store review.
Products to Review
This section in the dedicated reviews customer account page extension, allows customers to easily visualise which products they have pending review requests for and whether a reward is available for each item to be reviewed:
Reviewed
This section in the dedicated reviews customer account page extension, allows customers to easily visualise which products they have left reviews for and any reward details and status.
It will show coupon codes, descriptions and the status of those coupons (valid, expired, used).
For merchants that have Loyalty enabled, it will show the points awarded for the total order and any expiry related to those points.
The Rewards Page is a full page extension within customer accounts.

Adding Reviews customer account extensions
To add Reviews customer account extensions, follow these steps:
Navigate to Shopify Admin and then in the left hand panel select Sales Channels and select Online Store and select Customize against your store theme.
In the menu at the top of the page, select Checkout and customer account.
Select the Apps icon in the left hand pane and then All. You should see the extension called Okendo Reviews Page.
Select the plus symbol and then select the section in customer accounts. Repeat this process for each extension required.
⚠️ Note: If you are adding the Okendo Reviews Page for the first time, Okendo will ask you to add the Rewards Page to the navigation menu within customer accounts. Simply follow the prompts to complete this task.
Select Save and exit the Shopify theme customizer.
Removing The Okendo Reviews Page customer account extension
To remove the Loyalty customer account extensions:
Navigate to Shopify Admin and in the left hand panel select Sales Channels and select Online Store.
Select Customize against your store theme.
In the menu at the top of the page, select Checkout and customer account.
Go back to the same menu and select the appropriate section:
To access the Okendo Reviews Page full page extension, select the Okendo Reviews Page.
Select the ellipsis next to the extension name and then Remove. This will remove the extension from the section. Repeat this process for all extensions you wish to remove.
Select Save and exit the Shopify theme customizer.

Okendo customer account extensions inherit styles from the checkout and customer accounts theme. Outside of this, they cannot be individually styled in Okendo Reviews.

Default sections for each Reviews customer account extensions are encoded within the extensions themselves. However, merchants can move extensions to other locations, within the default section, if they wish to do so.
