Add a Progress Bar to a Quiz

Add a progress bar to your quiz to show shoppers how far they've come and how much is left — helping improve completion rates, especially for longer quizzes.

A progress bar can be added to a quiz to help shoppers understand how far they are through the quiz and how much is left. It can improve completion rates and reduce drop-off, especially for longer quizzes.

To add a progress bar to a quiz and customize its styling:

  1. Edit a quiz and navigate to the Configure tab.

  2. Expand General Settings and scroll to the Progress Bar settings.

  3. Select the Bar Type:

    1. Bar — long: A bar taking up the full width of the quiz.

    2. Bar — short: A compact bar centered in the quiz.

  4. Choose the Bar Color to match your brand's colors. The secondary color of the bar — which indicates the amount of questions remaining — automatically matches the Secondary Text color used for the quiz.

  5. Choose whether the bar should appear Above or Below the quiz questions.

  6. Select from a variety of Text Types to indicate question progress, and choose whether this text should appear Above or Below the quiz questions.
