Descriptions can be added to recommended products to provide more information about them. For example, add details about why they were recommended, how they fit into a routine or general product attributes. The additional details provided can improve conversion rates and help add legitimacy to the recommendations.
Adding a Product Description
Click on a product added to a quiz to edit it.
Choose one of the options from the Product Description dropdown:
No description
Custom description - Set a description in the provided text field.
Shopify description - Automatically pull in the product's description from Shopify.
Once a description has been added to a product, it will be displayed against it on the recommendations page. If a description is particularly long, a Read More button will be displayed for a quiz taker to view the full description.
