Okendo Quizzes records data against Okendo Customer Profiles when a visitor completes a quiz. All historic quiz responses and activity for a person can be viewed within Okendo Profiles.
In this article, you will learn about;
View a person's previous quiz responses
Navigate to Profiles > Profile List and click on a specific person's profile.
Click on the Quizzes tab. A list of the quizzes that the person has taken will be displayed.
Click on each quiz section to expand it and view the questions and answers provided in the response.
To view detailed analytics for the quiz, click on the right-facing arrow next to the date and time of the response.
View a person's quiz activity
To view a history of a person's quiz activities including whether they led to a conversion, follow the steps below.
Navigate to Profiles > Profile List.
Click on the Activity tab. A timeline of the person's activity detailing their interactions with various Okendo products will be displayed.
Find a quiz activity and expand the section.
View the quiz questions, responses and recommendations provided to them at the end of the quiz. You'll also see whether they added the recommended products to their cart and purchased them.
To view detailed analytics for the quiz, click on the Quiz Details button.
💡 A person's quiz activity and quiz responses can be sent to integration partners such as Klaviyo for further analysis and audience segmentation.
