Recommendations can be configured to determine which products are shown to a quiz taker after they complete a quiz. Recommendation logic takes into account the answers provided to questions in a quiz to generate the most tailored product & collection recommendations to a prospective customer.
There are two different logic types which can be chosen from:
Conditional Logic: Curate customized product recommendation pages and the conditions for when they should be shown based on the answers provided. Refer to the full set up details here.
Points Logic - Products: Dynamically recommend products that are the best match – a single recommendation page dynamically shows products based on answer scoring. Refer to the full set up details here.
Points Logic - Product Tags: Recommend products from a large catalogue by assigning points to product tags. Products with those tags will be weighted and ranked accordingly. Refer to the full set up details here.
Each recommendation type has its benefits, so the right one for you depends on the type of quiz you want to create and products you want to recommend.
