When a shopper completes a quiz, Okendo uses recommendation logic to determine which products to show them. You can choose from three logic types, each suited to different quiz structures and catalog sizes.
In this article, you will learn about;
Conditional logic
Curate customized product recommendation pages and set the conditions for when each one should appear, based on the answers your customers provide. This approach gives you full control over which products are shown for every answer combination.
For full setup details, see Configuring recommendations — conditional logic.
Points logic — products
Dynamically recommend products that are the best match for each shopper. A single recommendation page populates automatically based on how products are scored against the shopper's answers — no need to build out multiple pre-set recommendation pages.
For full setup details, see Configuring recommendations — points logic.
Points logic — product tags
Recommend products from a large catalog by assigning points to product tags. Products with matching tags are weighted and ranked so that the most relevant items appear first — ideal when you have a broad product catalog and want a scalable recommendation approach.
For full setup details, see Configuring recommendations using points logic with product tags.
Each recommendation type has its benefits. The right choice depends on your quiz structure, the number of products you want to recommend, and how much control you want over which products appear for each answer combination.
