If you enable rewards for your customers when they complete a survey, the coupon code not only appears on the Outro page of a survey, but Okendo automatically adds the code to an email and sends it to the participant.
You can customize the look and feel of this email to make sure it's on brand for you.
You can change the background, font, and border colors, add your logo, customize the text within the body of the email, and add a footer.
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Customize your survey coupon reward email
Open your Okendo app.
Go to Mail > Mail Templates > Survey Coupon Reward from the sidebar.
Click the + New Email button.
Enter a name for your email and then click Create.
Modify a color in the Style section by using the Hex color picker or enter a new Hex code in the field provided.
Note: If you want to make this email unique from the rest of your customer-facing messages, toggle on the Global Styling switch to override the current global style settings.
Click the Header section to add your company logo or another on-brand image.
Note: You need to toggle on Global Styling to change the current image.
Click the Body section to personalize these areas:
Add your own Subject Line.
Type a greeting in the Salutation field. You can use variables in this field to really personalize your greeting.
Replace the default Body Content with your own custom message.
Click the Footer tab to add a footer (optional).
Click Save Changes.
Activate your survey coupon reward email
After you finish customizing your email, you must activate it so that participants can start receiving their coupon code in their inboxes when they complete a survey. Keep in mind that the coupon code also appears on the Outro page of a survey.
Go to Mail > Mail Templates > Survey Coupon Reward from the sidebar.
Select an email in the list.
Click the Activate button on the Edit Email page.
Note: You can have only one active email at any given time.
