You can embed profile questions in your surveys to gain insights about your customers and deliver more personalized marketing experiences.
Before you begin
You must configure which profile questions you want to ask your customers before you can add them to a survey. Click here to learn more.
To embed a profile question in a survey:
Navigate to Surveys.
Open an existing survey to edit it or create a new one.
Click the
+icon to add a new question.From the question type menu, select Link Profile Question.
Select a question in the drop-down list.
Note: Only questions that you configured within the Profiles section will appear in this list.(Optional) Repeat steps 3 & 4 if you want to embed additional profile questions.
Click Save and Continue.
