Customer profiles are a single, centralized repository of all communications, interactions, profile data, and UGC for every customer that interacted with your brand and shopped at your store. Okendo automatically creates a profile for a customer when they place an order or submit a review, and then provides a snapshot of all the zero-party data collected throughout the customer's buying journey. This action allows you to increase your connection to your customers and surface actionable insights.

Okendo pulls in data from Shopify and from different integrations that you set up within your Okendo app.

Note: If you set up Klaviyo to integrate with Okendo, Klaviyo will pull our customer profile data into their platform. You can then use this data to create segments for your Klaviyo flows and campaigns.

In this article, you'll learn about:

You can analyze your customers' profile data to better understand them and then derive strategies to personalize their experience throughout their buying journey. Each customer profile in Okendo shows general profile data, a timeline of the customer's activity, a list of orders, and any reviews or UGC they submitted.

Keep in mind that not every profile may contain the exact same information as it depends on what data each individual customer provides.
