Before you can view your customers' profile data, you'll need to sync your customer data in Shopify with your Okendo account. Keep in mind that depending on the amount of customer data you possess, this process may take up to several hours or several days to complete.

Click the Please Enable Read Customer Permissions in Shopify link. Okendo redirects you to Shopify.

Click the Update unlisted app button.

1. Open your Okendo app.
2. Click Profiles in the sidebar.
3. Click the Please Enable Read Customer Permissions in Shopify link. Okendo redirects you to Shopify.
4. Click the Update unlisted app button.
