Integrating Okendo Reviews with Tapcart

Show your Okendo reviews in your Tapcart mobile app, so app shoppers see the same social proof as your online store.

Overview

Shoppers in your mobile app should see the same reviews that help them buy on your website. Connect Okendo to Tapcart, and the reviews you collect with Okendo appear in your Tapcart app alongside your products.

Before you begin

Add the Tapcart app to your Shopify store and create a Tapcart account.

Connect Tapcart to Okendo

  1. In Tapcart, go to Integrations.

  2. Scroll down and click Okendo.

  3. Click Connect Integration.

  4. In Okendo, go to Okendo Admin > Settings > Integrations > Credentials and copy your User ID.

  5. Back in Tapcart, paste your User ID into the field provided.

  6. Click Save & Enable.

Your Okendo reviews now show in your Tapcart app, so shoppers see real customer feedback wherever they browse.
