Connecting AfterShip Feed with Okendo
From your AfterShip admin panel, go to Settings and then Review syndication.
Under Active Review sources, click Connect.
Select Okendo as your reviews app, click Connect.
In your Okendo admin panel go to Settings > Integrations > Credentials and retrieve your Store ID and Merchant REST API key.
In your AfterShip Feed admin;
Select your Store ID from the drop-down
Add your Okendo User ID
Add your Merchant REST API key
Click Submit.
Click Save to update your AfterShip Feed account.
Your account is now configured to syndicate reviews from Okendo to TikTok Shop via Aftership Feed.
Syndicating new and existing reviews
The AfterShip Feed integration allows you to syndicate new and existing verified reviews.
⚠️ Inline with TikTok Shop T&C, ALL verified reviews are syndicated. Moderation of syndicated reviews is managed on TikTok Shop.
For new reviews: In your AfterShip Feed admin, toggle the Enabling the Auto-Sync new reviews switch to the on position.
For existing reviews: Trigger a manual import by selecting the time range you wish to sync and click the Sync button.
⚠️ Review synchronisation may take up to 3 hours to complete.
