Showcase reviews from real, verified customers right on your TikTok Shop. Syndicating your Okendo reviews to TikTok Shop through AfterShip Feed builds trust and credibility with your TikTok audience, and increases engagement with your brand.
Before you begin
❗ This integration works with TikTok Shops in the United States only.

You'll need an AfterShip Feed account, with your Shopify store connected to TikTok Shop for product mapping. See Get started with AfterShip Feed.
Connect AfterShip Feed to Okendo
In your AfterShip admin, go to Settings > Review syndication.
Under Active Review sources, click Connect.
Select Okendo as your reviews app and click Connect.
In Okendo, go to Okendo Admin > Settings > Integrations > Credentials and copy your User ID and Merchant REST API key.
In AfterShip Feed, select your store from the dropdown, enter your Okendo User ID and your Merchant REST API key.
Click Submit, then click Save.
Your account is now set up to syndicate reviews from Okendo to TikTok Shop through AfterShip Feed.
Sync new and existing reviews
AfterShip Feed can syndicate both new and existing verified reviews.
⚠️ In line with TikTok Shop's terms, all verified reviews are syndicated. You moderate syndicated reviews in TikTok Shop.
New reviews: in AfterShip Feed, turn on Enabling the Auto-Sync new reviews.
Existing reviews: select the time range you want to sync and click Sync.
💡 Syncing can take up to 3 hours to complete.
FAQs & Troubleshooting
Q: Can I filter which reviews are imported to TikTok Shop?
A: No. All verified reviews sync to TikTok Shop, whatever their star rating or published status.
Q: Why are some verified reviews not syncing to TikTok Shop?
A: TikTok has its own content moderation policy, and accepts only reviews that meet it. Reviews that don't comply are rejected during the sync and don't appear on TikTok Shop.
Q: Will importing reviews affect my TikTok Shop Negative Review Rating?
A: No. Importing reviews doesn't affect your shop's Negative Review Rating.
Q: Are there limits on importing older reviews?
A: No. Reviews only need to be verified, meaning genuine post-purchase reviews. There's no limit on how many you import or how far back they go.
Q: Will reviews synced from Okendo replace my existing TikTok Shop reviews?
A: No. Synced reviews are added as new reviews and don't replace existing ones.
Q: Do I need to change any settings in Okendo?
A: No. You manage all the settings in AfterShip Feed.
