Setting Up Okendo Data Integration with Klaviyo
Before you can send data collected by Okendo into Klaviyo, you need to enable the Klaviyo integration in your Okendo app. For detailed instructions on setting up the Okendo and Klaviyo integration, please refer to our help article here.
Creating a Segment Using Okendo Data
Navigate to Segments:
In your Klaviyo account, go to the "Lists & Segments" tab on the left side panel.
Click "Create List / Segment" in the upper right corner.
Select the "Segment" option on the creation page.
Define Your Segment:
Use the segment builder to add conditions and define your segment.
Using Okendo Events
To use Okendo Events, choose "What someone has (or has not) done".
Select an Okendo event such as "Created Okendo Review", "Eligible for Okendo Review Request", or "Ineligible for Okendo Review Request".
Using Okendo Properties
To use Okendo Properties, select "Properties about someone".
Choose an Okendo customer property as your dimension.
If using Okendo Attributes, your customer attributes will be available for segment creation.
Finalizing Your Segment
Once your segment is defined, click "Create Segment".
After creation, the segment can be used as a database for sending highly targeted campaigns.
⚠️ Note: Allow time for your segment to populate before scheduling an email campaign to ensure it targets the correct audience.
