Responding to Questions

To respond to questions, select the Add Answer button. Below is a screen capture and breakdown of the Answer window.

  1. Type your reply in the text box.

  2. Select the Visible to shoppers option if you would like the reply to appear on your storefront under the question.

  3. If the Visible to shoppers option is selected, the the green button will dynamically change to say Publish Question and Notify {Name}. This means the question will both be published to your storefront and an email response will be sent to whomever asked the question.

  4. If the Visble to shoppers option is not selected, the green button will say Save and Notify {Name}. This means the response will not be published to your storefront, but there will be an email sent to whomever asked the question.
