The Loyalty Dashboard is the new home base for merchants, when they first enter Okendo Loyalty Admin. It provides a snapshot of performance metrics as well as valuable insights in key areas of the program that are under-performing and over-performing. Merchants can use the Loyalty Dashboard to optimize loyalty strategy and drive customer engagement

Data and insights included in the Loyalty Dashboard
The Loyalty Dashboard summarizes a number key metrics (found in Performance reporting and accessible by selecting Detailed Performance) for a selected period. These include:
Metric | Description |
Total Member Revenue | Total value of purchases (less refunds) from members for the selected period. |
Total Coupon Value Used | Total value of coupons used on purchases, for the selected period. |
Total Enrolled Members | Total number of members that have opted-in to your loyalty program, for the selected period. |
Member Revenue | Displays a time-based view of member revenue, for the selected period. Results are groups by days, weeks or months. |
Member Tier Distribution | Displays the number of members per tier, at the end of the selected period. |
Top Earning Rules | Displays a breakdown of the most popular ways points were earned, for the selected period. Results can be tallied by count or by total points.
Merchants can view results by bar chart or pie chart. |
Top Redemption Rules | Displays a breakdown of the most popular coupons redeemed, for the selected period. Results can be tallied by count or by total points. Merchants can view results by bar chart or pie chart. |
Program Insights
The Loyalty Dashboard also includes a new section called Program Insights. This section is designed to surface insights about areas of their loyalty program that are both under-performing and over-performing and possible reasons why. Merchants can dive deeper into the reasons behind an alert or take steps to address any issues raised, by selecting the call to action against each.
Merchants receive alerts, for the following areas:
Enrolment rate
When no new members have joined your program since the start of last month.
When program enrolment rate has increased or decreased (by a certain percentage), since last month.
When total membership reaches set milestones.
Redemption rate
When no members have redeemed points since the start of last month
When member redemption rates have increased or decreased (by a certain percentage), since last month.
Repeat purchase rate
When repeat purchase rate for members versus non-members, exceeds a certain multiplier value (e.g. 2x).
Average Order Value (AOV) insights
When the difference in AOV for members versus non-members, exceeds a certain value.
