If your storefront is located in a region where English isn't the primary language, you probably want to change Okendo to match that language. Thankfully, doing so is super easy.
You can change the language to any of our 10+ supported languages. For a full list, see the Supported Languages section at the end of this article.
1 - Navigate to User Settings (Settings > User)
2 - Under the Localization section, choose the language which you'd like to use for Okendo widgets, emails and the response form. Note: The emails and response form changes will take effect immediately after saving however the widgets on your product pages may take up to an hour to reflect the new language.
3 - Click Save
The following examples show the effect of applying French translations to the widgets, emails, and response form:
