If your storefront is located in a region where English isn't the primary language, you can easily change the language settings in Okendo to better suit your needs. Here’s how you can change the language for Okendo widgets, emails, and the response form:
Changing Language
Navigate to User Settings:
In your Okendo admin, go to Settings > User.
Choose Your Language:
Under the Localization section, select the language you’d like to use from the dropdown menu. This change will apply to Okendo widgets, emails, and the response form.
Note: The emails and response form changes will take effect immediately after saving. However, it may take up to an hour for the widgets on your product pages to reflect the new language.
Save Your Settings:
Click Save to apply the changes.
