If your storefront is located in a region where English isn't the primary language, you can easily change the language settings in Okendo to better suit your needs. Here’s how you can change the language for Okendo widgets, emails, and the response form.
In this guide, you will learn about:
Localization settings
Your localization settings determine which language your widget, capture form and emails are shown to your customers.
You can find your localization settings by going to Settings > User.
Changing your default language
Choose Your Language:
Under the Localization section, select the language you’d like to use from the dropdown menu. This change will apply to Okendo widgets, emails, and the response form.
Save Your Settings:
Click Save to apply the changes.
🔔 Changes to emails and the response form will take effect immediately after saving. However, the widgets on your product pages may take up to an hour to reflect the new language.
