Viewing members earned achievements

Go to Loyalty > Members and search for a member by email address.

Their profile shows achievements they've already earned, plus active achievements they haven't earned yet.

Achievements section in the member's profile

⚠️ Achievements do not currently have their own reporting.

The member experience

Customers can see the achievements module, but only enrolled members can view the individual achievements they've earned or are working towards.

Members can click Unlock Achievements in the floating widget.

Accessing Achievements in the floating widget

The Achievements screen allows a member to view the achievements they have left to unlock alongside of the achievements they have gained.

Achievements in the floating widget

As well as the floating widget, a member can see available and unlocked achievements on the Loyalty landing page.

Achievements in the loyalty page

⚠️ Members only receive badges for past actions once they repeat that action after you turn on achievements. For example, someone with 10+ prior points-earning actions needs one more purchase post-launch to unlock the 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 badges. This allows you to create a more engaging experience before your loyalty program launches.

FAQs

Q: Can I customize my achievement badges?

A: Yes — you can upload a custom image for each badge. See How to customize an achievement badge above. We're continuing to build out more customization options for Achievements — if you have feedback, let us know at support@okendo.io.

Q: What happens if I hide or delete an achievement after members have earned it?

A: Hiding or deleting an achievement only removes it from your floating widget and loyalty page — it doesn't affect members who already earned it. If you re-enable or re-add the achievement later, those members will see it again.

Q: When can I enable achievements?

A: Any time — during onboarding or after your program has launched.

Q: Are achievements affected by a member's tier?

A: No. Tiers don't affect achievements.

Q: Are there points or rewards attached to achievements?

A: No.

Q: Do you send achievements to Klaviyo, Attentive or other marketing platforms?

A: No.
