โš ๏ธ NOTE

Enrolled members can be awarded badges for actions completed prior to the you launching achievements. However to allocate these badges, members must complete an instance of the action, post-launch.
โ€‹
For example, a member that has completed more than 10 points-earning actions prior to achievements launching, can receive the achievement badges for 1,3,5,7 and 10 points-earning actions, by completing a purchase, post-launch. For this reason, it may be easier to enable achievements with unlaunched programs, than those with programs already launched.

Other FAQs

What happens if I hide or delete an achievement, after it has been earned by members?

Hidden or deleted achievements are simply removed from the floating widget and loyalty page. Doing so will not impact members who have earned these achievements previously (i.e. once an achievement is re-enabled or added back, any member who had earned it previously, will see it again in the loyalty page or floating widget).

When can achievements be enabled?

Achievements can be enabled during onboarding or any time after program launch.

Are achievements affected by a member's tier?

At this point, no. Tiers have no bearing on achievements.

Can I (or Okendo team members on their behalf) create custom achievements?

Not at this time. However, you are welcome to provide feedback by emailing support@okendo.io

Are there any points or rewards associated with achievements?

No.

Are achievements sent to Klaviyo, Attentive or any other marketing automation platforms?

No.
