AI Summaries can be added to a page as part of the Reviews widget to display alongside your products’ customer reviews and also as a standalone widget. The appearance of summaries can be customized for your store’s product detail page’s layout.

Add AI Summaries to the Reviews widget
Follow the steps below to add AI Summaries to the Reviews widget. The summaries will display once they have been published for each product or group.
Navigate to Reviews > On-Site Displays
Click on the Reviews Widget panel
Expand the Aggregate Modules section
Add the AI Reviews Summaries module to an existing block or create a new block
Customize the module as needed
Adjust the heading - set a title that highlights the summary
Set the maximum amount of text lines to show before the summary truncates and displays a Read More action
Adjust the width and text alignment of the block to modify the summary layout
Click Save Changes. Any published AI summaries should display on your store within a few minutes
Add the standalone widget to a store page
Follow the steps below to add the AI Summaries standalone widget to a page. The standalone widget provides you with the flexibility to place the summary anywhere on a product detail page or elsewhere on a page.
Edit your theme in the Shopify admin
Navigate to a page you would like to display the summary widget on such as a product detail page
Add an app section from the sidebar where you want to place it and select the Okendo Reviews Summary widget
Select a product you would like the summary for display for. If a page template such as a product detail page already displays a product, this will be pre-selected.
Configure the summary Heading and Max Text Lines and save your changes.
