Okendo issues store credit directly to your customers' Shopify accounts, so Shopify holds the full record of every balance and transaction. Shopify's native store credit reports are where you track what's been issued and redeemed, and the outstanding balance you owe customers.
✅ Before you begin
New Shopify Analytics must be turned on in your Shopify admin.
Store credit must be enabled for your loyalty program. See Enable store credit for your loyalty program.
In this article, you will learn about;

Both reports use the same controls in the right-hand panel:

💡 Use Store credit source to separate credit issued by Okendo from credit your team added manually or other apps issued.
Tracking your outstanding store credit balance
The Outstanding store credit balance report shows the total store credit your customers hold over time. This is your store credit liability: the value you owe customers that they haven't spent yet.

Results are broken down by Month. You can show them as a line chart, and turn on Cumulative to see running totals or Show annotations to add context to the chart.
💡 For month-end reporting, compare Ending store credit balance with your accounting records to reconcile your store credit liability.
Building a custom store credit report
If the standard reports don't answer your question, you can edit either report and save it as your own.
Open Store credit transactions or Outstanding store credit balance.
In the right-hand panel, select + next to Metrics, Dimensions or Filters to add or remove fields.
Adjust Period, Compare and Visualization as needed.
Select Save as and name your report.
Your saved report appears in Analytics > Reports so you can return to it anytime. Some examples:
Okendo Loyalty credit issued by month: Store credit transactions with Month and Store credit source, filtered to Okendo.
Top customers by credit spent: Store credit transactions with Customer name and Debited store credit, sorted highest first.
Credit used on orders: Store credit transactions with Order name, filtered to transactions that have an order.
💡 Advanced users can edit the query at the top of the report directly, using the store_credit_transactions and store_credit_summaries data sets.

Q: Can I export the data?
