Add and display the Refer a Friend module
Open the Okendo app and go to Reviews > Response Form > Post Review Modules and click the ‘+’ icon.
Select the Refer a Friend module and click ‘Add’.
To configure the post-review "Refer a Friend" Module, follow the below steps.
Define your minimum review rating to trigger the module. We recommend setting it to 4 or 5-star reviews.
Utilise a survey for customers who may have left a negative review to dig deeper.
To get the most engagement, position the prompt at the top of the post-review page. To move modules up or down, click on the arrows on the right-hand side.
