A unique point of difference for Okendo as a Customer Marketing Platform is our ability to trigger referrals at key customer milestones. One of those milestones is immediately after they leave a positive review.

This pathway is not native to any other eCommerce referral platform other than Okendo due to our bespoke Post Review Modules.

To configure the Post Review "Refer a Friend" Module, follow the below steps.

  1. Open the Okendo app and click on Reviews > Response Form > Post Review Modules and the ‘+’ icon.

  2. Select the Refer a Friend module and Click ‘Add’.

  3. Define your minimum review rating to trigger the module.

    1. We recommend setting it to 4 or 5-star reviews.

    2. Utilise a survey for customers who may have left a negative review, to dig deeper.

  4. To get the most engagement, position the prompt at the top of the post-review page. To move modules up or down, click on the arrows on the right-hand side.
