This pathway is not native to any other eCommerce referral platform other than Okendo due to our bespoke Post Review Modules.
To configure the Post Review "Refer a Friend" Module, follow the below steps.
Open the Okendo app and click on Reviews > Response Form > Post Review Modules and the ‘+’ icon.
Select the Refer a Friend module and Click ‘Add’.
Define your minimum review rating to trigger the module.
We recommend setting it to 4 or 5-star reviews.
Utilise a survey for customers who may have left a negative review, to dig deeper.
To get the most engagement, position the prompt at the top of the post-review page. To move modules up or down, click on the arrows on the right-hand side.
