You can quickly increase the number of reviews you capture from customers by using a single-step review process. With the single-step process, your customers can fill out a simple and easy one-page review form and submit it. The single-step process requires that you use the Enhanced Review Capture Form, which gives you more styling options to customize your review process and make it truly match your company's brand.

If you're using the Enhanced Review Capture Form for the first time, you'll notice it already has the style settings you selected for the Legacy Review Capture Form in place. Okendo automatically sets the styles for the Enhanced form based on settings used in the Legacy form. For the styling options that didn't exist in the Legacy form, Okendo automatically generates and applies a color that corresponds to your Brand, Primary, and Secondary colors, which you can change at any time:

Note: If you used any custom CSS in the Legacy Review Capture Form, it will not migrate to the Enhanced Review Capture Form. You should contact your Customer Success Manager for more information on how to manage your custom CSS in the Enhanced form.
