Shopify Checkout Extensibility. It is currently available for Shopify Plus merchants but will be rolling out to other plans in the future.
If your store is still using the legacy checkout.liquid, a post-checkout survey can be launched through the existing Okendo admin set up. The main survey and survey channel settings such as content management and targeting are still customizable through the Okendo admin.

Checking if your store is using Checkout Extensibility
To verify if your store has switched over to Checkout Extensibility:
Log into your Shopify Admin and navigate to Settings.
Select Checkout from the sidebar.
The top of the page should indicate whether your upgrade is complete or if you are eligible to upgrade.
Adding the Okendo Surveys app block
If the store has been upgraded, the post-checkout survey app block can be added to the Thank you page.
In the Checkout section of the Settings, click the Customize button within your live checkout profile.
Within the checkout editor, select the Thank you page from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Click the Add app block button at the bottom of the sidebar and select the Okendo Surveys block.
Drag and drop the app block to position it on the page. To maximize Start and Response Rates, drag the app block to the top of the Order Details section.
Preview the survey and cycle through the questions to verify the survey’s set up. No survey data will be recorded in the Analytics for interactions within the preview.
Click the Save button in the top right corner of the page to finish adding the Okendo Survey app block to the checkout.
Limitations of Checkout Extensibility surveys
The majority of Okendo Surveys functionality still works as expected with Checkout Extensibility including support for all question types, display conditions and survey priority. However, some functionality is currently unavailable. These may be supported in the future with Shopify Checkout Extensibility and Okendo Surveys updates.
Current Limitations:
1. Styling customization: Most of the changes made in the Question Styling section of the Okendo admin as well as CSS changes including fonts and colors are not supported. Banner images can still be utilized but may not display in full width depending on the image height.
2. Display style: Surveys will display as Embedded in the checkout. The Popover and Modal display styles are not currently supported.
3. Order status page: A post-checkout survey can only be added to the Thank you page and not the Order status page.
