You created a survey, added your questions, and now you want to start gathering responses. Okendo Surveys offers multiple ways for you to get your survey in front of your customers at key moments during the buying journey to generate high-value insights into their experiences shopping at your store.

You can add your survey to any of these channels to let potential participants submit their responses:

On-Site Surveys

Engage visitors to your store with in the moment surveys that prompt them to answer a few questions. You can instantly gather insights into what shoppers think of your products.

Shareable Link

A shareable link gives you the flexibility to distribute your survey across email, SMS, and social media. After you create a survey, you can add it to the Shareable Link Channel to create a link to send to your customers or post on your social media channels.

Post-Checkout

A post-checkout survey, which appears on the order confirmation page after the customer completes their purchase, enables you to learn what your customers liked (and disliked) about their shopping experience at your store. You can use this information to reduce friction and improve the overall buying journey for your customers.
