Embedding Profile Questions in a Survey

Enrich your customer profiles with data collected from personalized profile questions

You can embed profile questions in your surveys to gain insights about your customers and deliver more personalized marketing experiences.

Before you begin

You must configure which profile questions you want to ask your customers before you can add them to a survey. Click here to learn more.

To embed a profile question in a survey:

  1. Go to Connect > Surveys.

  2. Open an existing survey to edit it or create a new one.

    Note: We recommend that you don't make any changes to a live survey.

  3. Select the Profile Question option under Configure Questions.

  4. Select a question in the drop-down list.
    ​Note: Only questions that you configured within the Profiles section will appear in this list.

  5. (Optional) Repeat steps 3 & 4 if you want to embed additional profile questions.

  6. Click Save and Continue.
