Okendo

The Ratings report tracks the average star ratings of the reviews you received from your customers over a given period of time. You can apply specific filters to further customize the information that appears in this report. For example, if you apply the product filter and your report shows 4 and 5 star ratings, you can derive that your product was well-received by customers.

Navigate to the Reporting page in Okendo.

1. Navigate to the Reporting page in Okendo.
2. Click the Ratings tab.

4. <a href="https://support.okendo.io/en/articles/5678044-applying-filters-to-reports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Apply a filter</a> to tailor the information that you see on the report.
5. Click Generate.
